Service Terms and Conditions

These Service Terms & Conditions form the Agreement between the client and Blissful Marriage Consultants. They may be added to or changed for certain of our services which the client may use and/or any other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by the client.

1) Presentation of Blissful Marriage Consultants's Professional Matchmaking & Marriage Services.

A friendly discussion session (1-2 hours) with our matchmaking & marriage consultant.

Follow by a questions & answers session.

By appointment only with at least a day notice in advance.

No fee will be charged.

Absolutely no obligation.

2) Introduction & Matching Service - SGD 150 nett per session

When client is ready and serious about obtaining more detailed information about the potential marriage partners of his choice.

One discussion session (about three hours) with our matchmaking & marriage consultant.

Client will get to know and understand the detailed personal background information of up to a maximum of three Hainan lady members of his choice as potential marriage partners through the use of the photographs, videos and personal profiles of these Hainan lady members.

An initial introduction to these Hainan female members via "live" video conversation.

Fee has to be paid in advance before session starts.

3) Professional Consultation (compulsory) - SGD 200 nett per session

When client is ready and serious about introducing himself to the potential marriage partners of his choice.

One consultation session (about six hours) with our matchmaking & marriage consultant.

Self introduction on video with guidance.

Photo taking with close up view.

A comprehensive and detailed personal profile will be prepared for client after the discussion session and will be translated into simplified Chinese.

Client will be kept informed within a reasonable time period whether or not the potential marriage partners of his choice are able to seriously consider him as their potential marriage partner.

Fee has to be paid in advance before session starts.

4) Professional Matchmaking & Marriage Service Package

When client is ready and serious about proceeding to the next stage of his matchmaking process with the view to marriage with the Hainan ladies of his decision and in the presence of mutual interest, client can choose from the following comprehensive service packages, depending on his personal schedules.

A) Service Package A - SGD 5888 nett

The duration of this service package is for a period of one year effective from the start date or when client have successfully registered his marriage in Singapore with a marriage partner introduced and matchmade by Blissful Marriage Consultants, whichever is earlier.

The initial service fee of SGD 3000 nett is payable in advance before Blissful Marriage Consultants can commence any serious work for our client.

The final service fee of SGD 2888 nett is payable after the successful registration of marriage between client and his marriage partner withinFIVE calender days.

The fee paid covers the following:

Professional Matchmaking & Marriage Services.

Client will stay in Hainan for 8 days and 7 nights (two ways air ticket, full meals, accommodation, transport, excluding personal expenditures).

A series of interactive activities to be organized for client and his potential marriage partners during his stay in Hainan.

Marriage registration service.

Professional advice & service will be provided for first time application of entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, extension of social visit pass and permanent residence permit for client's marriage partner.

The fee paid does not cover the following expenses:

Client's marriage partner's stay in Singapore (meals, accommodation, personal expenditures, etc).

Security deposit (if any) required by ICA for client's marriage partner's stay in Singapore.

Fees to be paid for entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, extension of social visit pass, permanent resident permit for client's marriage partner and compulsory medical checkup.

Marriage registration fee.

Other personal expenses that may be incurred by client and his marriage partner.

In the event that marriage did not take place after the the interaction period between client and his potential marriage partner due to a lack of mutual interest, consent and acceptance, but with acceptable reasons from both parties:

Term and condition 2 shall apply.

With regard to client's request for a second and subsequent trips to Hainan for the purpose of matchmaking and related matters, a fee of SGD 3000 nett will be charged and is payable in advance.

Professional matchmaking & marriage services and all related services shall apply throughout the duration of service package A.

In the event that marriage subsequently took place between client and our Hainan lady member, introduced and matchmade by Blissful Marriage Consultants, though previously, either client or our Hainan lady member or both, had stated that they were not ready for marriage,or both client and our Hainan lady member, registered their marriage without our knowledge, client is still liable for the remaining service fee due to Blissful Marriage Consultants.

5) Specific Terms and Conditions governing clients interaction with his potential marriage partner introduced and matchmade by Blissful Marriage Consultants.

Client agrees to provide his potential marriage partner with a reasonable accommodation with full meals and all basic daily necessities during her stay in Singapore.

Client agrees not to have any intimate relationship with his potential marriage partner before their registration of marriage in Singapore.

In the event that client's potential marriage partner has tried her best to get along with client, but client is still not able to accept her as his life marriage partner for reasons best known to himself, client agrees to compensate her with a return air ticket to Hainan.

6) Professional Consultation on registration of marriage in Singapore, entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, permanent residence permit.

For client seeking only consultation only for his foreign marriage partner.

Hourly consultation fee is SGD 50 nett.

Only consultation service is provided.

Fee has to be paid in advance before session starts.

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is the deciding authority with regard to the application of entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, extension of social visit pass and permanent residence permit.

7) Professional Consultation & Service for registration of marriage in Singapore, application of entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, permanent residence permit.

For client seeking to engage this comprehensive service for his foreign marriage partner.

The duration of this service is for a period of one year effective from the start date.

Professional advice and service is provided for the registration of marriage in Singapore, application of entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, extension of social visit pass, permanent residence permit.

Service Package Fee is SGD 1000 nett .

Fee has to be paid in advance before Blissful Marriage Consultants can start any serious work for the client.

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is the deciding authority with regard to the application of entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, extension of social visit pass and permanent residence permit.

The fee paid does not cover the following expenses:

Client's marriage partner's stay in Singapore (meals, accommodation, personal expenditures, etc).

Security deposit (if any) required by ICA for client's marriage partner's stay in Singapore.

Fees to be paid for entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, extension of social visit pass, permanent resident permit and compulsory medical checkup.

Marriage registration fee.

Other personal expenses that may be incurred by client and his marriage partner.

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is the deciding authority with regard to the application of entry visa, short term social visit pass, long term social visit pass, extension of social visit pass and permanent residence permit for client's marriage partner.

8) Documents required by Immigration & Checkpoints Authority for application of entry visa, short/long term social visit pass, extension of social visit pass and permanent residence permit for client's marriage partner.

Client will need to produce both the originals and copies of the following documents for verification and record purposes.

Identity Card (both sides) or the front biodata page of a valid Passport.

Highest educational certificate

A company's letter of appointment (dated within a month of application)

Income tax return form (last three years)

CPF monthly contribution statement (last one year)

Divorce certificate (if any)

Death certificate of previous spouse (if any)

9) Payment Of Fee

All fee for each specific service is payable in advance by a personal cheque or cashier order made payable to:

10) Refunds

All request for refund of fee for a specific service has to be made in writing before the commencement of service. Verbal request will not be entertained.

Once serious work has been commenced for client with regard to a specific service, request for a refund will not be entertained.

11) Responsibilities

Blissful Marriage Consultants accepts no responsibilities for injuries, damage, accident, loss, delay, theft, quarantine, customs regulation, strike, changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration Authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Any loss & expenses are the responsibility of the client. All proper travel documentation are the sole responsibility of the client.

Blissful Marriage Consultants reserves the right to alter travel arrangements if it is necessary or in the case majeure.

Blissful Marriage Consultants reserves the right to terminate a specific service to any client if his act of conduct is deemed detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony and welfare of both himself and Blissful Marriage Consultants. Blissful Marriage Consultants shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person. No other employees or agents of Blissful Marriage Consultants are authorized to commit Blissful Marriage Consultants to any liability whatsoever Blissful Marriage Consultants will not be bound by any statement or representation unless in writing and signed by a management executive of Blissful Marriage Consultants.

Any complaint/claim must be made in writing/ email within one week after service has been rendered. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint/claim which is made.thereafter.
